Paige graduated from the University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. After graduation she started working in the legal field. She joined the BHK team when she moved to Tennessee in the Spring of 2022. Paige enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with family.

BARBARA BAXTER

Cleveland native and businesswoman, Barbara Baxter, brings with her 37 years of local banking experience, as well as her involvement in numerous civic and non-profit organizations in the Cleveland/Bradley County area. She is married to her husband, Randy, of 36 years and is a member of Valley Head United Methodist Church where she serves as Treasurer.

RYAN DOUGLAS

Ryan was born and raised in Cleveland. He graduated from Walker Valley High School, then East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He married his wife Ashely in 2015, and they now have one child, Mason. They are very involved with their Church and love cheering on the Vols and Braves any chance they get.

KELLEY BEARD

Kelley Beard is a Cleveland native with over three decades of experience in the title industry. She began her career in 1991 and joined Professional Title in 2000, where she cultivated lasting relationships and earned a reputation for exceptional service and dedication. Kelley now brings her extensive expertise and client-focused approach to the BH&K team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and supporting her favorite team, the Tennessee Titans.

CHRISTINA MALONE

Christina Malone graduated from Lee University in 1997 with a Music Education degree. She was the Choral Director / General Music teacher at Ooltewah High School for two years before accepting a job as Director of Worship at Christ UMC where she has worked for over 26 years. Christina lives in Chattanooga and after raising two children to adulthood, she decided to join us at BHK as one of our Closing Agents for the Chattanooga office. Christina has a love for people and an interest in personal finance which makes this work a comfortable fit. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, spending time outdoors, and music.

Niki moved to Cleveland in the fall of 1990 to attend Cleveland State and after a brief move to the North Georgia area, she couldn’t wait to return to Cleveland and make it her permanent home. Her working career has included 5 years in retail and 5 years in banking, which led to her current job as a closing agent. Niki first came to work at Varnell, Burns & Sharp, P.C. on April 1, 2001. She left BHK in the Summer of 2015 and after a short time away, returned home in the Fall of 2016.

MADISON ROWDEN

Madison went to Bryan College in Dayton, TN on a Volleyball scholarship where she then graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Health Science. She met her husband in college where they later got married. They now have two beautiful children Ivy and Everett, who are their world. She love cooking and spending time with friends and family. Her and her family love traveling when they can and love anything outdoors. Madison previously worked in the health insurance industry but wanted to make a career change. Chasity is a long time Cleveland resident. She is a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan University and brings 25 years of banking experience in the lending field. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling to new places and reading a good book.

PAULA MALONE

Born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee from childhood. Paula has always valued faith, family, and serving others. She graduated from Bradley Central High School before moving to Hollywood, California, to attend Musicians Institute, where she pursued her passion for music. After graduating, Paula returned home and spent many years leading worship in churches and traveling with various bands, using music as a way to encourage and connect with people through Christ. In 2008, she co-founded The Carl Malone Foundation, where they opened four homes for children in Dalton, Georgia. Through that ministry, she was honored to provide children with a loving, family-centered environment while sharing the hope and love of Jesus Christ. Today, Paula is excited and honored to be part of the BHK team, where she has the opportunity to continue serving her community in a new way.

ASHLEIGH SCHLEIFER

Ashleigh joined Burns, Henry & Kirksey in September 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the title industry, where she has worked since 2016. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Ashleigh relocated to Ooltewah, Tennessee, in 2010 and has proudly called the area home ever since. In 2025, she earned her Tennessee Title Insurance Producer License, further demonstrating her commitment to serving clients with knowledge and professionalism. Ashleigh is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring each transaction is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. When she's not at the office, you can find Ashleigh cheering on her kids at the softball fields or volleyball courts, where she enjoys spending quality time with her family and supporting their activities.

HANNAH STEWART

Hannah was born in McMinn County and graduated in 2008. She attended Cleveland State Community College where she studied Social Work. She now resides in Cleveland with her two boys Kaleb and Lucas. Hannah started her career at BHK in February 2020. She enjoys running her kids to all their after school activities, camping trips and gardening.

With over 25 years of experience in the title industry, including two decades at Professional Title, and an additional five years in banking, she brings a deep knowledge of real estate and financial services. She is married to Brent Lee and is the proud mother of five children: Logan, Seth, Caleb, Emily, and Luke. Now also a grandmother, she is known as “Mimzy.”

Deeply rooted in her faith, she is an active member of Avenue Church, where her relationship with Christ is central to her life. She enjoys traveling, quality time with loved ones, and college football, especially cheering on the Crimson Tide. Roll tide!

Aside from her career pursuits, she is deeply involved at Public Church by actively serving in Publics Kids and participating in her community group. In her free time, Jennah enjoys music, strength training, hiking and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

After moving from California to Cleveland, Tennessee, Jada transitioned from being a full-time stay-at-home mom to pursuing her passion for real estate—especially the closing process, where she gets to share in one of the most exciting moments in a family’s life: finding a place to call home.

In 2024, Jada joined BH&K and feels fortunate to work alongside a truly exceptional team. When she's not guiding clients through smooth, stress-free closings, you can find her cheering on her youngest at the track or basketball court and supporting her oldest as they prepare for college. In her free time, she loves staying active at the gym, playing pickleball, enjoying live music, or relaxing anywhere near the water.

Lynn has 32 years of experience in the title industry, she brings extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to smooth, accurate real estate closings. She is dedicated to supporting her team and providing excellent customer service. She is originally from Georgia, Lynn returned to Cleveland in 1994 and is proud to call it home. Her faith is central to her life, and she is active at First Baptist Church of Cleveland. Victoria is a graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology. She provided social services for 22 years in many capacities for the Department of Family & Children Services in the State of Georgia, and for medical centers in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. She transferred her skill set of case management and interpersonal skills to the real estate title industry in 2002, working in Georgia and Tennessee. After 23 years, Victoria joined the BHK team in April of 2025.

Nancie joined the team at Burns, Henry & Kirksey, P.C. after many years in the title business after leaving the world of finance. She received her Real Estate License in 2021, helping her see the picture from both sides. She says her love of people, along with a love of puzzles, makes her a perfect fit for the title business. When she's not busy working or shopping, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and dinner with friends.

Betsie, her husband, David, and her daughter, Margot-Rhee, serve and attend Public Church and love the community they’ve built there. When Ashley is not at work you can usually find her on the golf course with her husband, spending time with her pets, family, or friends. Angelika moved to Chattanooga, TN in 1989 from Huntsville Alabama. She was raised in the Military and was the wife of a Military soldier.
